The Investigative Committee reported on its website about the initiation of a criminal case against 11 people under the article "Induction and involvement in the organization and participation in mass riots."

According to the investigation, at least 11 people, being the owners of the "Telegram-channel network", urged subscribers to conduct violent actions during single voting days (September 17-19). Now they face up to 10 years in prison.

The conducted research in the videos posted by these persons established the presence of incentives to violent actions addressed to an indefinite circle of people, the UK said in a statement.

Among the figurants is the founder of the Telegram channel "What to do" Dmitry Chebanov, who earlier announced an all-Russian action "without criminal components, but inherently daring." The message indicated that it will take place on September 18, but any details will be disclosed only to the activist participants.
